How long have you worked at Hot Tub Barn?

I joined Hot Tub Barn in 2017 as the Manager of the Polhill Showroom. I have watched it grow successfully with many new customers sent our way by word of mouth via my previous customers of ours. I love my job in Sevenoaks travelling in daily from Eastbourne, the reason why... I have happy customers and it's a joy when people come back for their chemicals or just to say.... "Hi best thing we ever did".... it makes me smile, It's a good feeling especially when the spas brought health benefits or helped with rehabilitation, mobilty and fitness.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Making customers happy, listening to their needs and dreams and making them come true with minimum stress and worry. Purchasing a Hot Tub or a Pool is a big decision and should be fun .... We are here to guide you through that process, going the extra mile to help with contractors. We help customers visualise and realise the garden plans that they have in their mind. My background is in Interior Design, it is really beneficial when talking a client through their project and how it can be executed seamlessly. We then support the client with our excellent aftercare and in house service team.

What is your favourite product at Hot Tub Barn and why?

That is an impossible question !!! All the spas are fantastic, we have something for everyone's budget. We all have our specific needs in numbers of seatingm and I have to say I am a big fan of the Two Lounger hot tubs throughout our ranges and the Bluetooth music that makes it feel like you are sitting in a giant speaker listening to music or audio books. On the pool front, I love the Dual zone pools that incorporate a hot tub, music if you would like it and an invigorating 10 speed swimming zone. I am no athlete, but I feel like I am after a swim in our pools and I feel great all day!

What advice do you have for someone looking to purchase a hot tub or swim spa for their home?

Talk it through with us, consider your access we can overcome most obstacles, but come armed with some photos and dimensions and we will help. Think about the budget that you are comfortable with, measure the space where the hot tub will sit, think about seats and loungers and how many. Look early so that we can ensure we have it in stock when you need it delivered...

What is your favourite thing to do when you’re not at work?

I paint, I started life at Art College, I restore antiques, enjoy flea markets and attending auctions I have even popped up on telly. I like travelling, architecture, tourism and culture. I am avidly researching my family tree back to 15th century ! I am redesigning my home, love my garden. Listening to factual audio books, I have an inquisitive and enquiring mind and people fascinate me. Spend a lot of time at the vet with my newly diabetic cat :( Big fan of a good film... highly recommend the "The Woman King" .... My family accuse me of not sitting still... the price of a creative brain.

What is your favourite part of the job?

My favourite part would have to be hearing customers amazing plans and ideas and helping make them come to life and seeing a smile on their face.

What is your favourite product at Hot Tub Barn and why?

My favourite product would have to be the Tranquility Stratum as it has so many different styles of seats from loungers to captains chair with different jet formations which target different parts of the body. Also it has its own illuminated ice bucket for drinks and I would personally add the Gecko in.stream 2 onto it so I can enjoy music form inside the tub with my friends and family.

What advice do you have for someone looking to purchase a hot tub or swim spa for their home?

What is your favourite thing to do when you’re not at work?

I love playing football, I play for a team in Dartford on Saturday's and have previously played at a semi-pro level.
