Shipping & Delivery

Most orders must be sent via courier, even small orders, as spa chemicals are considered hazardous and cannot be posted. Silver Ions, Aquachek test strips, Immerse sachets and Spa Fusion sachets are all considered non-hazardous, and small enough to qualify for reduced shipping when ordered in quantities of 3 or less. 

Costs

Shipping is FREE for orders over £80 in value, and £9.80 flat-rate for chemical orders under £80. Small orders of certain non-hazardous items listed above will automatically be charged at the reduced shipping rate of £3.50.

Some of our largest products (such as Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Pools and Shelters) have individual delivery/installation policies. Please check individual product listings for information on these products.

Delivery Services and Times

Dispatch is usually within 24 hours (often same day), and is via 48 hour service with our chosen courier partners. Reduced rate shipping orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Please note free delivery option is only available to UK mainland addresses. If you're outside the UK and are interested in purchasing from us, delivery can be handled by prior arrangement but is subject to increased shipping costs. Please contact us via telephone for more information.

Scotland and Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly

Please note that whilst we can deliver to most of these areas (see below for exceptions), orders delivered to the above areas will be subject to a delivery surcharge, which will be charged at the time of dispatch. This is the case even for orders that otherwise would qualify for free shipping. If you are in one of these areas, please order using the website as normal, and we will contact you regarding any surcharges. If at this point you prefer to cancel, we can issue a full refund. We apologise for this situation, which is due to limitations imposed upon us by our chosen courier.

We cannot deliver to the Scottish Isles and the following areas: IV KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41 Sector 4 and PH49-50.

We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland due to restrictions placed on shipments, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Privacy & Security

Shopping at Hot Tub Barn is as safe as possible, and is hosted on our own private, dedicated servers. Your credit or debit card details are never shared with our servers - your vital card details are kept safe using a super-secure, state of the art encrypted payment gateway.

When it comes to privacy, the simple version of our policy is this - we will not sell your details to any third party, full stop. For the longer version, please read our privacy policy.

Ordering

Ordering from Hot Tub Barn is easy. Simply browse the store, adding items to your cart as you go, and when you're ready move through the checkout process. If you're a first time customer, you are welcome to checkout as a Guest, but we always recommend you sign up for an account and benefit from the full range of services our website offers, along with occasional members-only offers.

Pricing & Promotions

We aim to keep all pricing on Hot Tub Barn as accurate as possible, however, in the event of online pricing errors we reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders before dispatch. We do not consider an order to be accepted until we have dispatched any sold items. All promotions and offers are subject to availability and stock levels.

Returns & Replacements

We only will accept returns on faulty goods, please call for details or to request a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
